Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Angler NP offers digital services and products, including but not limited to:

• Custom Websites (Static & Dynamic)
• Logo Design
• Banners, Posters, and Other Visual Assets that do not advertise
• Web configuration

All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our site, you agree:

• To provide accurate information during orders.
• Not to use our products for illegal or harmful activities.
• That you have the necessary rights or permission for any materials you provide (e.g., images, content, etc.).

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in NPR or USD.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required before starting the project.
• Payments are processed through Esewa, Khalti and Bank Transfer

Angler NP reserves the right to change prices at any time. Ongoing projects will retain their agreed pricing.

4. Delivery & Revisions

• Estimated delivery times are communicated at the time of order.
• Minor revisions are included with most packages. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• All products are considered final once approved by the client.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• No work has started within 5 business days after payment.
• A clear issue or error on our part that cannot be resolved.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind after work has begun.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses or missing materials).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Final deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is made.
• Angler NP retains the right to display completed works in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Angler NP is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from the use of our services.
• Issues arising from misuse or modification of the delivered products.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend accounts in case of:

• Fraudulent activities
• Harassment or abuse toward our team
• Breach of any of these terms

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
